REPLACEMENT POLICY

Welcome to qeizy.com Replacement Policy. Your 100% Happiness is our First and Highest Priority.
Qeizy offers a 7 day Replacement guarantee on all products. Please get in touch with us within 7 Days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced.
All our products are 100% quality checked before being dispatched. Also, the products are packed very carefully so that it reaches you without any damages.

Still, in the case of any unusual mishappening to the product during transit, You feel any problem with the product, for any reason the product is received in unusable condition, You can ask for a replacement for the product and our team will help you out in the best ways possible.

You will be required to send us a very small video on E-mail: qeizyofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +91 81269 26998 explaining the issue on why the product delivered is received in unusable condition, and our team will 100% make sure to rectify the issue at earliest possible.

Replacement Terms & Conditions :

A replacement will only be provided, in case you have received the product in an unusable condition.

Important Notice 1: Since All monitors and all phone screens have different color configurations (brightness/contrast settings), Replacement in case of difference of colors will not be provided. Even if you look at the same photograph on 2 different phone screens, colors will look slightly different. We hope you will understand the slight difference of different monitor/screen colors 🙂

Important Notice 2: Please read the description carefully about the product material before you place the Order. The material of the product is clearly mentioned in the product descriptions of each product. Replacements will not be provided in case you ordered the wrong material.

Important Notice 3: Please look at the reference photos on the product page to see how to product looks from top, bottom, and sides, in the banner images. There won’t be any replacements in case you did not see side images and had different expectations. Rest be assured, the products are carefully designed to be protective from all 4 sides, the raised lip on top and bottom, protects the phone from any unusual fall there might happen.

 

To file an Replacement Request, follow the following easy steps:

1) Take down your Order ID from “OrderHistory” page.
2) Send the Defect/Damage video to our WhatsApp number +91 81269 26998 with your Order ID
3) Our team will check with your videos and order details, and for the genuine cases, we will be processing replacement order!
