This policy outlines our return and exchange process for both pre-designed and custom phone cases.
Damages & Issues
If your phone case arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@qeizy.com. We will work diligently to arrange a replacement or full refund for the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items

These items are non-returnable due to their personalized nature or special promotional status.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges of pre-designed phone cases within 14 days of delivery. Here’s how to initiate the process:
1. Contact Us: Email us at store@qeizy.com with your order number and a brief description of your return or exchange request.
2. Return Shipment: Once we confirm your return or exchange, carefully repack the phone case in its original packaging (if possible). We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
3. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned phone case in its original condition, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, minus any original shipping costs (if applicable).
● Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and may take longer to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your pre-designed phone case for a different design or size, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your new order for the exchanged item.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us at store@qeizy.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as needed.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our phone cases. If you experience any issues with the print quality, fit, or durability of your case within 30 days of purchase, please contact us for a resolution.
